The Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre is committed to participating and contributing to the surrounding community. We aim to respond to needs identified by members of our community, and local volunteers largely provide our services.

The Neighbourhood Centre and You

We are keen to enhance community involvement in your Neighbourhood and we welcome your input. The simplest way to show your support is by becoming a member of the Association. The annual membership fee is $5.50.

Becoming a member will enable your involvement at our AGM plus you will receive the quarterly Neighbourhood newsletter and invitations to events.

You may wish to get a bit more involved by participating in ‘hands on’ work through volunteering on a regular basis or you can be part of an enthusiastic working group to implement and plan events or projects. Your support will be most welcome.

You can help guide our affairs through membership of our Management Committee (total of 10 members) or participate on one of the four steering groups.

Funds are required to enable us to run the support and education programs in addition to the funds provided by the Government. Donations to the Association are tax deductible, and contribute in a very practical way to enhancing the well being of our community. You can provide long lasting support through making a bequest.
