Counselling

We offer a counselling service available by appointment to individuals, children, couples and families who want help to explore personal and/or relationship issues. This can involve dealing with a stressful situation, relationship or family difficulties, or working through life’s challenges. Qualified and experienced counsellors provide this service.  

Whilst we do not specialise in the areas of substance abuse, sexual assault or crisis counselling, we are able to provide referral to other organisations as needed. 

 What to expect from counselling:

Professional counselling provides an opportunity for you to explore you situation in ways that may help you to understand and address problems and make decisions. The environment is confidential, supportive and non-judgemental at all times. 

Our counselling service is in high demand, therefore we ask that you make a commitment to attend all scheduled appointments. 

 Fees:

Counselling session are usually 1 hour duration and cost $30 per session. If you have a health care card, the cost is $10. Cost is always negotiable and payment is not a condition of attendance.
