Homestay is a program to assist individuals and families who are paying rent and need help to maintain their current tenancy. We can assist by:

Advising you on what to do if you received a form 11 or form 13
Providing you with a case manager
Assisting you to navigate the housing system. Often there is endless paperwork and phone calls to make, so we can assist you make sense of it all.
Helping you to find other appropriate and suitable housing
Supporting you to access private rentals
Providing advocacy with your real estate agent or Government housing departments
Helping you to learn new skills that help you in the future to stay in your accommodation
Referring you to other specialist services where needed
