Main Hall: Suggested capacity 120   The main hall has two sets of glass doors at front the building, wooden flooring, small stage area, ceiling fans, rear door that opens onto a small courtyard.  Tables and chairs:  10 x trestle tables (size 760 x 1830 x 740mm – seats 8 people), 100 x chairs, 10 x round Tables, 100 x cloth upholstered chairs.

Kitchen:  The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven,  zip hot water unit, stainless steel preparation / serving table on wheels, crockery & cutlery to cater for up to 60 people (no drinking glasses).

All functions MUST terminate by 12am and the premises left in a neat and tidy condition.  Cleaning personal may remain as long as necessary to attend to the cleaning.  Washing up liquid, bin bags and cleaning equipment provided at the hall.

Please note that it is the policy of the Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre that we will not book any 18th or ‘teen’ parties at any of our venues.
