Main Hall: Dimensions of 8.5m X 19m = 161m2.  Suggested capacity 120. The main hall has ceiling fans, two sets of double doors leading out onto fully fenced yard.  Toilets are located outside near the front entrance. Tables and chairs:  15 x trestle tables (size 760 x 1830 x 740mm – seats 8 people), 50 x plastic bucket chairs, 48 x metal folding chairs.

Kitchen: The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, microwave oven, zip hot water unit, crockery & cutlery to cater for up to 100 people (no drinking glasses).

All functions MUST terminate by 12am and the premises left in a neat and tidy condition.  Cleaning personal may remain as long as necessary to attend to the cleaning.  Washing up liquid, bin bags and cleaning equipment provided at the hall.

Please note that it is the policy of the Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre that we will not book any 18th or ‘teen’ parties at any of our venues.
